REALTOR® RELATIONS ADVANTAGE PROGRAM

We frequently work with licensed real estate professionals who are interested in partnering with a trusted mortgage professional. To help better serve the realtor community, Stewards of Capital & Co., has implemented the Realtor® Relations Advantage Program.  This program allows agent to take advantage of being included in the financing process, and even serve as a liasion between your mortgage banker and your buyer.  While taking a loan application, program options and interest rate discussion are still the responsibility your mortgage banker, we understand the value of your client-realtor relationship, and we want to make sure you are the face of the transaction.

Section 8(a) of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, (RESPA) and its implementing regulation, Regulation X states, "No person shall give and no person shall accept any fee, kickback, or thing of value pursuant to any agreement or understanding, oral or otherwise, that business incident to or a part of a real estate settlement service involving a federally related mortgage loan shall be referred to any person."  Stewards of Capital & Co. respects and adheres to this regulation.

 

​As a member of the Realtor® Relations Advantage Program, agents receive weekly market updates, borrower loan status updates, new loan product updates, and efficient closings.  Additionally, Stewards of Capital & Co will provide agents with periodic mortgage related training videos and material to help you give you get an edge on other real estate professionals in this very competitive environment.

 

Each member will be assigned a personal mortgage banker who will provide personal attention, and the market knowledge to help agents close more sales.

  • Your can request that a mortgage specialist contact you directly at a convenient time 

  • With a client-consent or third party authorization, Stewards of Capital & Co. will update you on the loan process periodically so there is complete transparency throughout the entire loan process.

 

Stewards of Capital & Co. walks your client through the mortgage application process, and you will know what's going each step of the way so you can plan accordingly.
