Most recent 2 Pay Stubs from all employment
Most recent 2 months of bank statements for all borrowers
Most recent 2 years individual tax returns
Most recent 2 years form W2s, 1099s and/or K1s
Most recent 2 years business tax returns ONLY if you are self-employed, if you own other real estate or if you received commission income.
Copy of all current mortgage statements for all real estate owned
Evidence of hazard and flood insurance for all real estate owned
Valid Identification (i.e., driver's license, passport, visa, state ID, etc.)
